IMPORTANT NOTICE
Should the relevant rental fees not be paid by the due date mentioned above, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and to rent the house without any further notice to other parties. The rental fees will only be refunded to the tenant when written confirmation is received and replacement tenants are found at the same rental income. Any loss of income or the difference in rental income will be deducted from the tenants rent. No subleasing is allowed. Please note that a fee of R250 per night per person will be charged for persons over and above the limit as stated above.
